The MICROTEST 5460 Series Transformer Tester is an integrated device designed to measure critical transformer parameters such as inductance, leakage inductance, DC and AC resistance, quality factor, capacitance, turns ratio, and to detect pin short circuits. It operates across a frequency range of 10Hz to 200k/500k/1MHz and features a built-in LCR meter mode. The tester is equipped with the F5468 pneumatic testing fixture, offers 48 testing channels, and supports up to 100mA DC bias testing. Additionally, it can be customized to meet specific customer requirements.
