The MICROTEST MT-6910 Motor Stator Testing System uniquely integrates the Interlayer Short-Circuit Tester (6910), High Voltage Withstand Tester (7605), and LCR Tester (6365), with the 6910 serving as the central control unit. It offers robust configuration options for all measurement parameters and includes 8 test channels. Through external PC software, users can retrieve real-time data, generate detailed reports, and upload test results directly to a database.

This integrated system is designed to meet comprehensive testing needs, including safety compliance, high-voltage insulation, and coil interlayer short-circuit analysis for motor stators. It features precise four-wire resistance measurement for motor stator polarity (rotation tests) and optional three-phase current balance testing. The system supports PC connectivity for efficient data management and can be configured with PLC control. Custom test fixtures are available for specific stator types, and an optional LCR Meter provides inductance measurements with a frequency range of 10Hz to 200kHz, enabling balanced three-phase inductance testing.
