The MICROTEST MT-6913 Motor Stator Testing System integrates three key components: the Interlayer Short-Circuit Tester (6913), the High Voltage Withstand Tester (7605), and the LCR Tester (6365), with the 6913 acting as the primary controller. This system is designed to configure all measurement parameters and provides 13 test channels. External PC software facilitates real-time data retrieval from the 6913, enables report generation, and supports direct uploading of test results to a database.

This comprehensive testing solution ensures safety compliance, high-voltage insulation, and interlayer short-circuit detection for motor stators. It utilizes precise four-wire resistance measurement technology to assess motor stator polarity (rotation test) and optionally supports three-phase current balance testing. The system can be enhanced with PC connectivity for efficient data storage and integrated with PLC control for automation. Custom test fixtures are available for specific stator types, and an optional LCR Meter measures stator inductance with a frequency range of 10Hz to 200kHz, allowing for balanced three-phase inductance testing.
