The MICROTEST MT-6917 Motor Stator Testing System combines the Interlayer Short-Circuit Tester (6917), the High Voltage Withstand Tester (7605), and the LCR Tester (6365), with the 6917 acting as the central controller. This system allows for the configuration of all measurement parameters and offers 17 test channels. Real-time data retrieval, report generation, and direct uploading of test results to a database are facilitated through external PC software.

This comprehensive testing solution ensures safety compliance, high-voltage insulation integrity, and interlayer short-circuit detection for motor stators. It employs precise four-wire resistance measurement technology to assess motor stator polarity (rotation test) and supports optional three-phase current balance testing. The system is compatible with PC connectivity software for data management and can be integrated with PLC control. Custom test fixtures are available for specific stator types, and an optional LCR Meter measures stator inductance with a frequency range of 10Hz to 200kHz, supporting balanced three-phase inductance testing.
