The MICROTEST 3-in-1 Transformer Integrated Test System is an all-encompassing solution that combines low-voltage electrical characteristics testing, safety compliance testing, and impulse winding testing. Equipped with 20 testing channels, it integrates measurements for inductance, leakage inductance, resistance, and capacitance, along with AC/DC withstand voltage insulation testing up to 5000V/6000V, ensuring comprehensive and efficient transformer evaluation.

The system also features impulse winding testing, which uses non-destructive high-voltage pulse technology to analyze damping attenuation waveforms generated by L/C resonance, detecting short-circuit defects between coils or insulation layers. For inductance measurements, the included LCR meter offers selectable test frequencies of 200kHz, 500kHz, and 1MHz and supports PC connectivity for seamless data storage and analysis.
