The MICROTEST 6365A/6367A LCR Meter offers a frequency range of 0.1Hz to 200kHz/1MHz, making it ideal for applications such as electrochemical impedance and battery material testing. Its extremely low starting frequency of 0.1Hz allows for precise measurement of parameters including |Z| (impedance), |Y| (admittance), θ (phase angle), X (reactance), R (series/parallel resistance), G (conductance), B (susceptance), L (inductance), D (dissipation factor), Q (quality factor), DCR (DC resistance), and C (capacitance).

The meter supports communication interfaces including RS-232, Handler, LAN, USB Host, and GPIB, and enables storage of test screens and data via USB. Additionally, with optional PC connection software, it offers sweep analysis capabilities.
