Pressure test bench for hoses with laser measurement

The self-sufficient test stand supports pressure drop testing on hoses, burst pressure tests, and proof pressure tests. Our unique wear-free precision pressure control approach enables fully programmable pressure control up to 60 bar. This approach is particularly effective for large expansion volumes and is extremely accurate and consistent. A hydraulic pressure intensifier takes over, allowing for precise pressure ramps of up to 600 bar over 60 bar. The test stand can be equipped with an automated length, torsion, and strain measurement system. The information is saved instantly in the system, allowing for quick and efficient verification.
Additionally, the system can be equipped with quick-release couplings (adapters), which eliminates the need to prepare the test item ahead of time.
