Automatic, PC-controllable, for pressurized vessels
Burst Test Stand for up to 4000 bar. Fluid-carrying components in machines and vehicles are subjected to harsh environments. Dynamic and static pressure tests, such as leak or burst tests, are used to assess the fatigue and material strength of metal or plastic pumps, pressure vessels, tubes, and pipes. Depending on the application, DUT tests must be performed with different test media and at varying temperatures. Poppe + Potthoff provides the turnkey test rig, as well as a quick-change device for test objects and an additional climate chamber.

- Fast, programable pressure ramp and extensive acquisition of data
- Tests at -60 °C to +180 °C with brake fluid, water, water emulsion, coolant, or oil
