XUE ovens use the FRANCE ETUVES C3030 controller, which allows you to create a temperature program with up to 8 segments (4 programmable temperature ramps (° C / min) and 4 temperature maintenance levels (max 9999min).

Some standard safety features of this oven include an electronic thermostat with 2 modes (TWW or TWB) according to DIN 12 880, and automatic heating and ventilation cut off when the door is opened.
