Our Vacuum ovens XFP are suitable for drying* of sensitive products, thermal treatments of oxidizable materials, quick drying of powders and granulate… in pharmaceutical, cosmetics, plastics, electronics, chemical, agrifood… laboratories or industries.

A sturdy construction ensures long-term performance. The door has a thick safety glass that allows you to see the oven clearly.The inner and outer castings are entirely segregated, preventing heat conduction. The inner and outer casings are isolated using asbestos-free glass wool. The exterior is built of steel and painted with blue and white epoxy.

Thermally conductive tray (optional) is provided for precise control of the specimen temperature.

The ovens are controlled by a 7-inch color touchscreen controller. The C6000 seies controller is very intuitive and simple to use. Temperature is automatically controlled and monitored in real time using a thermocouple J probe. There are several vacuum control options available, including the maximum vacuum level of the pump and maintaining a steady pressure. Automatic control of solenoid valves used to adjust the vacuum level. Vacuum levels are monitored in real time. CYCLE PROFILER. A profiler with four 16-step programs allows for the creation of pressure and temperature cycles. A data logger continuously captures the oven’s data (temperature and pressure values). The data is provided as csv files. Note: The oven can be operated through a PC with an RJ45 cable.

Some models can be equipped with ambient air cooling of the tank.

Spacial applications:

Space: When a satellite is launched into space, the components begin to degas. To minimize problems such as pollution in precision optics in the case of an observation satellite, XFP vacuum ovens can be employed to force degassing before launch.

Formula One engine parts: Degassing items of high precision items used in Formula One engine prior to treating the surfaces.
