XL ovens use the FRANCE ETUVES C3030 controller, which allows you to create a temperature program with up to 8 segments (4 programmable temperature ramps (° C / min) and 4 temperature maintenance levels (max 9999min).

An electronic thermostat (class 3.1 protection) safeguards the items by stopping heating if the temperature raises beyond the predetermined alert threshold. The package also includes a mechanical thermostat with a reset button (class 1 protection). If the temperature exceeds the predetermined point or the ventilation fan fails, the heating is turned off and visual alarms are triggered.
