The MICROTEST 7703 is an Impulse Winding Tester capable of delivering pulse voltage outputs ranging from 100V to 5000V. Utilizing damping attenuation waveforms generated by L/C resonance, it effectively analyzes magnetic components for defects, including short circuits between coils or winding wire layers. This model is specifically engineered for Inverter-Transformer products and supports high-frequency harmonic and noise analysis. By amplifying the waveform through high-frequency resonance, it accurately detects insulation defects caused by high-voltage coil slot leakage.
