The DC Bias Source Testing System integrates the impedance analyzer 6632 with a DC bias source, enabling comprehensive analysis of the saturation characteristics of inductors, coils, ferrites, and magnetic cores. This system also tests the relative permeability (μr), providing key insights into the properties of magnetic materials.

It supports scanning analysis for magnetic saturation current and temperature rise current, allowing research and development engineers to quickly and accurately observe current curve variations. When incorporated into a production line, the system offers options for ammeter mode or multi-step mode. Measurement results are displayed numerically and can be connected to a PC for data storage and report analysis.
