Multi-channel LCR meter
The MICROTEST 9332 is engineered for the electrical characteristic testing of circuit boards that utilize copper foil etching to create coil circuits. It accommodates multiple coil circuits on multi-layered boards with its 64 testing channels, allowing for the simultaneous testing of 32 coil sets. Parameters measured include inductance, impedance, AC and DC resistance, Q value, and other parameters, across a frequency range of 10Hz to 200kHz. The system supports PC connectivity for remote programming and data storage and can be integrated into specialized PCB testing equipment for fully or semi-automatic testing.
