KKV–Vac / KKH–Vac Series

The KKV–Vac and KKH–Vac Series from Linn High Temp represent advanced high-vacuum cold-wall furnaces engineered for ultra-fast thermal cycling and high-temperature precision. Housed in a water-cooled stainless-steel structure, these furnaces are designed to be the fastest in their class, offering extremely clean processing conditions with no impurities.

Capable of reaching 1800°C in under 30 minutes, they provide exact and rapid temperature control, making them ideal for demanding thermal processes. These systems feature metal screen insulation and are equipped with high-performance heaters: molybdenum heaters for up to 1700°C, tungsten mesh heaters for up to 2200°C, and tungsten rod heaters for operations as high as 2600°C.

Temperature measurement is highly accurate across a wide range: a Type C thermocouple in a sapphire tube for up to 1900°C, in a molybdenum tube up to 2200°C, and a pyrometer for temperatures exceeding 2200°C. While they are the most expensive and energy-consuming furnace models in the Linn portfolio, their speed, purity, and precision make them indispensable for specialized high-temperature applications.
