GBV – VAC – Series

The Linn High Temp GBV-Vac Series is a vacuum-tight cold-wall bottom-loading oven designed for fast thermal cycles. It features a double stainless-steel housing with rigid graphite felt insulation combined with ceramic fiber boards, ensuring excellent thermal efficiency. The heating system consists of U-shaped graphite heaters or CFC meander heaters; both suspended from the oven roof and providing four-sided heating for superior temperature uniformity and high power.

The oven operates at temperatures up to 2400°C, with precise temperature measurement using a Type C thermocouple (WRe/W) in a molybdenum protection tube up to 2300°C and a pyrometer for measurements up to 2400°C. The bottom-loading design allows for easy loading and unloading, making the GBV-Vac Series ideal for high-temperature vacuum applications requiring rapid heating, high power, and consistent thermal performance.
