KKH/KKV – Series

The Linn High Temp – KKH/KKV Series (Water-Cooled Cold-Wall Furnace) is a high-end, gastight furnace system engineered for very fast thermal cycling in controlled atmospheres. Designed with a water-cooled stainless-steel housing and metal screen insulation, this advanced furnace ensures ultra-clean processing with no contamination or impurities, making it ideal for the most demanding applications.

It offers exceptional heating performance, reaching 1800 °C in under 30 minutes, and supports maximum temperatures of 1900 °C with molybdenum heaters and up to 2400 °C with tungsten mesh heaters. Precision temperature control is delivered through Type C (WRe/W) thermocouples in sapphire tubes (up to 1900 °C) or molybdenum tubes (up to 2300 °C), along with an optional pyrometer for measurements up to 2400 °C. As the fastest and most precise furnace design in the Linn High Temp range, it also represents the most advanced and energy-intensive solution, ideal for ultra-pure, high-speed processes in research and high-tech manufacturing environments.
