The Linn High Temp – FBV/GBV Series Bottom-Loader is a gastight cold-wall furnace system engineered for rapid thermal cycles under controlled atmospheres, featuring a double stainless-steel housing for corrosion resistance and effortless loading and unloading. Uniform, high-power heating is achieved by U-shaped elements on all four sides—suspended from the roof and available in ceramic (MoSi₂), metal alloys (FeCrAl, Mo, W), or graphite—while two insulation options cater to different temperature ranges: FBV with ceramic-fiber boards for up to 1820 °C, and GBV with rigid graphite felt plus ceramic-fiber boards for up to 2400 °C.

Precise temperature control is ensured by a variety of sensors—Type S, B, or C thermocouples in ceramic or sapphire tubes, a Type C (WRe/W) thermocouple in a molybdenum tube (to 2300 °C), and an optional pyrometer (to 2400 °C). With its bottom-loader design, four-side heating, and flexible sensor options, the HT Series Bottom-Loader delivers exceptional temperature uniformity and fast turnaround for demanding laboratory and production applications.
