FRH Series (up to 1600°C)

The Linn High Temp – FRH Series is a high-performance tube furnace designed for operation in air, capable of reaching temperatures up to 1600 °C, with a long-term operating capability of 1550 °C. Engineered for advanced thermal processing, the furnace features vacuum-formed ceramic fibre shells as insulation, ensuring excellent heat retention and energy efficiency. Heating is achieved through durable silicon carbide (SiC) tube elements, which are complemented by a specialized heater design that provides high heat transfer and outstanding temperature uniformity across the heated zone.

Temperature control is precise and reliable with the integration of a Type S thermocouple (PtRh/Pt). The FRH Series is available in various configurations to suit different application needs, including tube diameters of 40 mm and 67 mm, with heated lengths of 250 mm and 520 mm, as well as 3-zone models ranging from 40 mm to 150 mm in diameter and 750 mm to 1000 mm in heated length. This makes the FRH Series an ideal solution for high-temperature applications in materials science, ceramics, metallurgy, and other demanding laboratory or industrial environments.
