Burst Pressure Test Systems

Burst Pressure Test standard are designed to validate the load capacity of pumps, pressure vessels, hose and pipelines of metal or plastic that carry different media / fluids at varied pressure and flow rate.

• Tests at -600 C to +1800 C with brake fluid, water, water emulsion or oils

Our customer-specific systems can be used for operating and fatigue strength tests to test pipe couplings, hose lines and hydraulic components until they burst.

Maximum Pressure: 10,000 bar or greater as per application

Our burst pressure test stands for plastic components are simple to use and can be adapted to different specimens by quick coupling system design.
Also, a quick change device is possible so that specimens can be interfaced outside the test stand. Each component can be subjected to different pressure ranging using powerful PLC system integrated with the system.

Our Bust Pressure Test Stands are designed according to GMP for clean room application. The test stands are used to validate components such as pumps, hoses and valves as well as primary packaging material for the pharmaceutical industry are therefore tested beyond the load capacity limit.
